In a small town somewhere in Pennsylvania, Milton spends his tranquil golden years doing yard work, attending community meetings and trying to keep his memory sharp. When a UFO lands in his flower bed one night, no one wants to believe the old man – not the emergency dispatcher, not the cashier at the supermarket and certainly not the town council. Undaunted, Milton decides to let the extra-terrestrial visitor with a fondness for apples stay at his place. Soon, Milton’s slightly wacky neighbours Sandy and Joyce discover his unusual roomie and take an instant liking to the visitor.
